From our centralized operations facility, our service people are on call around the clock monitoring highly sophisticated, state-of-the-art equipment for any emergency and for all R.D. Scinto properties. Our professionals are tied in to an extensive communication network to identify and handle problems quickly and effectively – we can even control the temperature in your office with one simple click of a computer mouse!
Grounds Maintenance
Attention to detail and spectacular ground settings are equally important to our properties and our tenants; a quality appearance formulates a lasting first impression. Licensed arborists and horticulturists tend the grounds with meticulous attention to detail.
Security
Our buildings are equipped with state-of-the-art surveillance and card access systems to ensure our tenants and their businesses remain secure 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

All maintenance is directed from a central location that elicits a prompt response from a dedicated dispatcher. Additionally, general maintenance mechanics routinely inspect common areas, are very responsive to tenant concerns and are always available to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
